Anti-globalization protesters throw stones at police as wide spread
fighting erupted thoughout Genoa July 20, 2001. Police have been
expecting violence as some 150,000 anti-globalization protesters take
to the streets in demonstrations while the G8 summit takes place here
in Genoa.
