Axel Danilo Ramirez Espinoza, otherwise known as "Smiley", is presented by the police after his capture in Guatemala City April 16, 2009. Ramirez is accused of ordering the murders of as many as 60 bus drivers over extortion payments. In 2008 there were over 168 bus drivers and their assistants murdered, mostly while on the job.
