Braille ballots for blind voters are seen in Guatemala City
Braille ballots for blind voters are seen in Guatemala City, August 24, 2011. Some 6 million Guatemalans are eligible to vote on September 11 in the first round of presidential elections, which will also choose a vice president, mayors and congressmen. Over 250,000 ballot papers will be made for blind voters who have registered. The stickers label the stack of papers as braille ballots.
