News vans park outside bar and bowling venue "The Gutter" a day after a visit by Dr. Craig Spencer, in New York October 23, 2014. Spencer, a doctor who worked in West Africa with Ebola patients, was in an isolation unit in New York City on Friday after testing positive for the virus, becoming the fourth person diagnosed with the disease in the United States and the first in its largest city. The New York Times reported that Spencer traveled by subway to a bowling alley in the city's Brooklyn borough on Wednesday night and took a taxi home. The bowling alley, identified by local media as the Gutter, was closed on Thursday. Picture taken October 23, 2014. REUTERS/Lucas Jackson (UNITED STATES - Tags: HEALTH DISASTER MEDIA)
