Honduran first lady Aguas Ocanas de Maduro (2nd R) and workers from INFAH,
Honduras' child welfare service, remove a child from the street as his
brother resists November 5, 2003 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The boys'
mother sent them to the street to beg late at night. Ocanas de Maduro,
originally from Spain, initiated a program earlier this year aimed at
reducing child homelessness and exploitation by removing children from the
street or from the home until their parents are able to care for them.
