Hong Kong movie actor Chow Yun-fat, holding new stamp of him, talks at a news conference in Hong Kong January 5, 2001. Chow has accepted the appointment as the first Philatelic Ambassador in the territory for the year 2001 to promote philately. A new stamp of Chow will be issued in February.
