Flags emblazoned with Nazi party symbols are displayed at a fashion
chain store in Hong Kong August 9, 2003. The fashion chain, in a bid to
promote its military themed clothes, came under fire from shoppers and
embassy officials on Saturday. A local newspaper reported that Israeli
Consul-General Eli Avidar said the consulate had received dozens of
complaints about the displays in the past two days. An official from
the German Consulate said Nazi symbols represented hatred and the
