Indian policemen patrol near the Red Ribbon express train at Jammu Railway station November 10, 2008. The train aims to spread awareness on HIV-AIDS to promote safe sexual practices and fighting stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV-AIDS. The train will cover more than 27,000 km (17,000 miles) making 180 stops, covering 166 districts across the country in a year, according to the country's National AIDS Control Organisation website.
