A one-horned rhino seeks shelter on higher ground with her cub in the
Pabitora wild life sanctuary near Morigaon, 100 kms (60 miles) east of
the city of Guwahati, in India's northeastern state of Assam, July 31,
2002. The sanctuary is home to 79 one-horned rhinos and other animals
who have been forced to migrate to nearby areas because of recent
flooding. Torrential overnight rains set off more floods in eastern
