Indonesian opposition leader Megawati Sukarnoputri (L) talks with Indonesian Moslem leader Abdurrahman Wahid, commonly known as Gus Dur, after he beat Megawati 373 to 313 during the presidential vote October 20. Ailing and nearly blind, Wahid is a popular if unpredictable Moslem leader who wields a lot of moral authority throughout the country.
