Indonesia's top assembly on Saturday began an impeachment hearing
expected to topple President Abdurrahman Wahid, the country's first
democratically leader. Wahid, speaking in a televised nationwide
address on Saturday, cautioned that his supporters might take matters
into their own hands if he is forced from office.
