Iraqi officials seal a suitcase destined to the UN security council and
containing documents detailing Iraq's nuclear, chemical and biological
activities, after handing over the documents to UN officials at the UN
headquarters in Baghdad, December 7, 2002. The declaration - in which
Iraq must give a full accounting of any past and current programs
involving biological, chemical or nuclear weapons - will be flown from
Baghdad to Vienna, headquarters of the International Atomic Energy
Agency, and to New York. There, it will be given to the U.N.
Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission (UNMOVIC), which is
