Iraq accused Western powers on Saturday of inflicting a creeping health and environmental disaster on the country by blocking medical and humanitarian supplies. Iraqi Health Minister Umeed Madhat Mubarak said after a meeting on the environment, an oil-for-food deal with the United Nations had done little to improve Iraq's environment.
