British Army soldiers of the Black Watch regiment patrol the streets of the southern Iraq city of Basra October 18, 2004. Britain said Monday it will respond soon to a U.S. request to send troops to more dangerous areas of Iraq, a politically charged issue that has revived anger over Prime Minister Tony Blair's support for the war. The most likely move would be to redeploy troops from the army's Black Watch regiment from Basra to U.S. controlled areas south of Baghdad. Commentators suggest the volatile towns of Iskandariya, Latifiya and Hilla as possible destinations. Picture taken October 18, 2004. REUTERS/Atef Hassan CLH/
