GREENPEACE REPRESENTATIVE BURNIE TALKS TO THE MEDIA ON BOARD SHIP
RAINBOW WARRIOR IN DUBLIN.
Greenpeace representative Shaun Burnie speaks during a news conference
on board the Greenpeace ship Rainbow Warrior while docked in Dublin on
August 28, 2002. Greenpeace called on the Irish Goverment on Wednesday
to ensure that a shipment of rejected plutonium mixed oxide (MOX) fuel,
heading for Sellafield in the United Kingdom, does not enter Irish
waters. The ships carrying the plutonium, Pacific Pintail and Pacific
Teal, are currently mid-south Atlantic and are expected to enter
European waters in the first week of September. REUTERS/Paul McErlane
