Palestinian family members reach through coils of barbed wire along the Israeli (R side) and Lebanese border to hold hands as they meet May 31. Many Palestinian refugees living in Lebanon and Israeli Arabs living in northern Israeli made pre-arrangements by telephone so their families could reacquaint by meeting at the border, after Israel ended its 22-year occupation of southern Lebanon.
