Christoph Meili, 29, a former Swiss bank security guard, holds up a list of Nazi-era records that he saved from a bank shredder during a press conference September 16. Christoph blew the whistle on Switzerland's biggest bank, The Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS), when he smuggled out documents to Jewish leaders in Zurich that were bound for the shredder. Meili, a Christian, lost his job at the bank and was forced to leave Switzerland where he received death threats and was accused of spying for Israel. He eventually settled in the United States.
