Nahman Bitton, an ultra-orthodox Jew, places his cellular telephone against the Wailing Wall, Judaism's holiest site, so that a family member in Jerusalem is able to recite a prayer December 29. Bitton was one of the many curious onlookers, many of them ultra-orthodox Jews, at the Wall when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a brief visit to pray at the site.
