Marine Stu Couch (R) walks out of the courtroom at the Ashby court-martial at Camp Lejeune with Italian prosecutor Dr. Bruno Giardina (C) and special agent Salbatore Lamonazo, April 30. Giardina and Lamonazo were both witnesses for the prosecutors today. Ashby was the pilot of the jet that cut the cable of a ski gondola in Italy last year and is accused of hiding a videotape that may have recorded part of the disaster.
