MARINE CORPS JUDGE TAKES A BREAK.
Marine Col. Alvin Keller, the military judge in the court-martial of Capt. Joseph Schweitzer, walks from the courtroom at Camp Lejeune during a break in the trial, March 24. Schweitzer faces counts of conduct unbecoming an officer in the cable car case; 20 people were killed when the jet that Schweitzer was the navigator for cut the cables on a ski gondola in Italy last year. The pilot of the aircraft, Richard Ashby, was acquitted of all charges in the case a short time ago.
