MARINE CAPT JOSEPH SCHWEITZER DURING BREAK IN HEARING.
Marine Capt. Joseph Schweitzer walks out of the courtroom at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, March 24 during a break in a hearing for his court-martial. Schweitzer, who was the navigator in the jet that cut the cables on a ski gondola in Italy last year killing 20 people, faces counts of conduct unbecoming an officer. The pilot of the plane, Capt. Richard Ashby, was acquitted of manslaughter charges in the case.
