MARINE CAPT. SCHWEITZER AND ATTORNEYS SPEAK AT PRESS CONFERENCE.
Marine Capt. Joseph Schweitzer (C) stands at a press conference at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina, on April 2 with his attorneys and family members after a military jury rendered a verdict of dismissal from the Marine Corps on charges of obstruction of justice. Schweitzer, who was the navigator on the jet that cut the cable on a ski gondola and killed 20 people in Italy last year, was charged over a videotape that was missing from the jet's cockpit. Schweitzer is flanked by his attorneys Navy Lt. Kathryn Clune (L) and Dave Beck (R).
