MARINE CAPT. SCHWEITZER LEAVES COURTROOM AFTER VERDICT.
Marine Capt. Joseph Schweitzer walks away from the courtroom at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina, on April 2 after hearing the verdict from the military jury that recommended he be dismissed from the Marine Corps for his guilty plea on charges of obstruction of justice. Schweitzer, who was the navigator on the jet that cut the cable on a ski gondola and killed 20 people in Italy last year, was charged over a videotape that was missing from the jet's cockpit.
