FILE PHOTO 19FEB99 - A military jury found a U.S. Marine pilot not guilty March 4 of involuntary manslaughter in the deaths of 20 people killed when his jet sheared lift cables near an Italian ski village last year. The jury also found the pilot, Marine Capt.
