English pub manager Kyouko Sunakawa (L) looks over a pamphlet on English soccer fans as British Embassy Vice Consul Katherine Hickey explains in Tokyo's Roppongi area as the pamphlets are launched May 15, 2002. The pamphlets are designed to help shopkeepers, restaurateurs and other business owners who are worried that the "English disease" of hooliganism may accompany the thousands of England fans visiting during the FIFA World Cup."They will drink and sing and may become noisy, but they are not out to do violence or tear down shops," a British Embassy minister said.
