JAPANESE PRIME MINISTER MORI LISTENS TO A MOTION AT UPPER HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT IN TOKO.
Japanese Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori listens to an opposition member make a motion claiming he was unfit for his job in Tokyo May 31 at the Upper House of parliament. Japan's ruling parties rejected the motion, despite a new survey showing most voters have already given him a thumbs-down. Mori's personal fortunes have plummeted since he sparked a political storm earlier this month by calling Japan a "divine nation with the emperor at its core", reviving uneasy memories of Japan's wartime ideology.
