Japan's Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi watches insect-shaped robots running in a race held to better understanding by Japanese government leaders and parliamentary members, of future robots at the Lower House Speaker's official residence in Tokyo April 14. The robots were designed mainly by Japan's Science and Technology Agency as part of an easy-to-assemble kit for young people.
