Helmeted radical demonstrators skirmish with police outside the Fukuoka Museum where the Fukuoka Finance Ministers' meeting will be held this afternoon in Fukuoka, on the southernmost island of Kyushu, July 8. About 30 radicals held a demonstration, hoping to smash the Fukuoka Finance Ministers' meeting and the Okinawa Summit meeting.
