SEGA UNION WORKERS STAGE A DEMONSTRATION AGAINST THEIR COMPANY IN TOKYO.
Union workers at Japanese computer game maker Sega Corp hold flags and a banner reading "Against Restructuring" during a demonstration in front of the company's Tokyo headquarters April 2, 2001, in a protest against the company's restructuring plans. Late last year, Sega unveiled plans to shift into software provisions in an effort to lift the company back into the black. The plan included shifting its 1,600 staff to its software affiliates.
