Olympus Corporation presents the company's new "Ferarri Digital Model
2003", the world's first digital camera to be officially sanctioned by
Ferrari, in Tokyo September 19, 2003. The limited edition model, with a
compact high-resolution lens and four megapixel CCD, was developed to
celebrate Olympus' sponsorship of the Ferrari Scuderia Formula One
Racing Team. One thousand cameras will be available in Japan at the
Formula One Japanese Grand Prix in Suzuka in October or through
Olympus's homepage for 80,000 yen ($694). The company produced 10,000
