Jordan's Crown Prince Hassan (2nd L) reviews beouin guards of hounur on his arrival at the parliament November 28. Prince hassan deputising for his elder brother King Hussein who is being treated for cancer in the United States, opens parliament for the first time since 1970. It was only the fourth time that Prince Hassan has stepped in for King Hussein, who has ruled Jordan for more than 45 years.
