Kashmiri villagers walk near the body of Mohammad Shafi after he was killed in an avalanche in Gulabagh, 77 km (48 miles) south of Srinagar, February 8, 2008. At least seven people were killed in Indian Kashmir after avalanches swept away over a dozen homes in the heaviest snowfall in recent years that brought the region to a standstill, police and army said on Friday. They said soldiers and policemen rescued more than 150 people from avalanche-hit villages in the Himalayan region in past 24 hours. REUTERS/Danish Ismail (INDIAN-ADMINISTERED KASHMIR)
