A security guard at SsangYong Motor Company looks on while a funeral service is held for a former employee at the entrance to the automaker's main plant in Pyeongtaek May 12, 2011. Kang Jong-wan, who was laid off from the carmaker following an aborted takeover in 2009, died after becoming dizzy at his job at a subcontractor's plant on Tuesday. Kang's death is the 14th among former SsangYong Motor employees or their family members since the company completed a bailout program following bankruptcy. The company's union denounced the restructuring plan which they claim is causing stress for those who lost their jobs, according to local media.
