Protesters holding candles march along the streets during an anti-government rally demanding the renegotiation of the U.S. beef import deal in Seoul June 2, 2008. Thousands of protesters held the rally denouncing their President Lee Myung-bak in the heavy rain. The country will start quarantine inspections on U.S. beef, which will lead to a full resumption of the beef imports this week for the first time since an outbreak of mad cow disease in the U.S. in 2003.
