South Korean inflation in July slid far more than expected to an over 12-year low, government data showed on Wednesday, reinforcing the market's growing view for a back-to-back interest rate cut next week. The consumer price index rose 1.5 percent in July from a year earlier, Statistics Korea data showed, compared with annual gains of 2.2 percent in June and 2.5 percent in May.
