South Korean workers from hardline Korean Confederation of Trade Unions
(KCTU) clash with riot police during a protest march to city hall in
Seoul July 22, 2001. About 15,000 protesters demanded President Kim
Dae-jung retire and stop its suppression on the KCTU which organised
recent protest against goverment-led restructuring.
