A statue depicting South Korean soldiers who fought against communist North Korea during the 1950-53 Korean War, is displayed at the War Memorial of Korea in Seoul April 2, 2010. Somewhere in reclusive North Korea, more than 500 South Korean prisoners of war have been held for more than half a century, with many likely wondering if they will ever return home before they die. The 560 are all who remain alive of what Seoul estimates are 80,000 South Korean soldiers who were left on the wrong side of a Cold War divide when a cease fire ended the 1950-53 Korean War.
