South Korean Chief Justice Yun Young-chul (C) presides over a hearing on the impeachment of President Roh Moon-hyun at the Constitutional Court in Seoul on April 30, 2004. South Korea's Constitutional Court could reach a tentative agreement as early as next week on whether to uphold or overturn President Roh Moo-hyun's impeachment, Yonhap news agency said on Friday. Roh has been in political limbo and largely confined to his presidential Blue House compound since the opposition-led parliament impeached him on March 12 and the court's nine judges have 180 days to rule on the vote.
