SEOUL,15NOV99 - A South Korean housewife buys "Millennium Lottery" tickets in Seoul November 15 in hopes winning two billion won ($1.67 million). The winners will be announced on January 16, 2000. The lottery, which began selling tickets on Monday at Housing and Commercial Bank outlets nationwide, will give cash prizes to about 1.5 million people while 2,000 lucky winners will drive away in brand new sedans.
