SOUTH KOREAN POLICE ARREST HANDICAPPED PROTESTER IN SEOUL.
South Korean plainclothes policemen cut a handicapped protestor (L)
from a city bus in Seoul, August 29, 2001. About 50 protesters,
including 20 handicapped people, occupied a bus in downtown Seoul for
four hours demanding a handicapped person's "right to move" and asked
for a meeting with the Prime Minister. The local bus system does not
allow handicapped persons to board by themselves. All the protesters
were arrested by police.
