A South Korean soldier stands guard as a bus carrying North Korean
delegates arrives in South Korea through the demilitarized zone (DMZ)
near Dorasan station, about 60 km (37 miles) north of Seoul July 2,
2003. The working-level North Korean officials arrived in Munsan, north
of Seoul, on Wednesday to discuss the connection of the inter-Korea
railroad and road links. The North Korean delegation will commute from
the North through the DMZ every morning for the three-day-talks.
