People shout slogans during an anti-government rally demanding the renegotiation of the beef deal with U.S., in front of the city hall in Seoul, May 30, 2008. Hundreds of thousands of protestors, fearing an infection of mad cow disease across the country, took part in the rally as they blamed President Lee Myung-bak. The country will start quarantine inspections of U.S. beef which will lead to a full resumption of beef imports next week, the first time since an outbreak of mad cow disease in the U.S. in 2003. The placards read, (red placard C) "Candles! Let's together! When our wish come true!", and (red placard R) "People will judge Lee Myung-bak". REUTERS/Jo Yong-Hak (SOUTH KOREA)
