A KFOR helicopter lands near the site where the UN ATR-42 plane crashed on a hill, some 12 km (eight miles) northeast of the city of Kosovska Mitrovica November 13. The United Nations plane from Rome carrying 21 passengers and three crew members crashed on Friday en route to Pristina in Kosovo, a World Food Programme official said. Kosovo's NATO-led peacekeepers said on Saturday they had recovered the bodies of all 24 people killed when a United Nations plane crashed into a mountain ridge. KFOR troops found the wreckage of the twin turbo-propellered ATR-42 plane at 2145 GMT on Friday after a difficult search through an area that had been heavily mined during the conflict between Serb forces and ethnic Albanian separatist guerrillas.
