Cuban leader Fidel Castro (R) chats to Brazilian President Enrique Cardoso after he arrived in Havana to start a state visit ahead of the 9th Ibrero-American summit to be held next week November 13. Most of Latin America's leaders, Spain's President and King, and Portugal's President will attend the summit on the 15 and 16th of November.
