Handout photograph of Michel Seurat is seen
Michel Seurat holds his three-year-old daughter Alexandra in this undated photograph given to Reuters in September 1985 by Seurat's wife Marie. Lebanon handed over Seurat's remains to France during a ceremony held at the police headquarters in Beirut on March 7, 2006, 20 years after his abductors declared his death. The shadowy "Islamic Jihad Organisation" claimed responsibility for kidnapping Seurat, a Middle East specialist working for the French Scientific Research Centre. It announced in March 1986 he was dead, although the exact cause was never known. FOR EDITORIAL USE ONLY REUTERS/Handout
