Two men were hanged to death in the port town of Tabarja, 30 km (18 miles) north of Beirut May 19. Lebanese Wisam Issa, 26, and Hassan Abu Jabal, a Bedouin aged 25, were executed for murdering a man and his sister three years ago, a judicial source said.
