A Lebanese soldiers stands guard at the British War Cemetry in Beirut
November 11, 2001. Commonwealth ambassadors paid respect to their war
dead on Sunday during a ceremony at the cemetery to mark Rememberance
Day. Over 1,700 Commonwealth solidiers died during two world wars in
