SAFRICAN POLICEMAM EXAMINES DAMAGE AFTER FACTORY EXPLOSION.
A South African policeman examines the damage at a wax polish factory in Lenasia, near Johannesburg after an explosion killed at least 11 people, November 18,2000. It is alleged that the owner of the factory locked the nightshift workers inside the buliding each night-and they thus had no way of escaping-he is likely to face culpable homicide charges.
