SWISS SCIENTIST EXAMINES PIECE OF HUMAN BRAIN AT ZURICH UNIVERSITY.
A scientist of the Institute for Neuropathology of Zurich University Hospital examines a piece of human brain tussue November 22, 2000. The team of Professor Adriano Aguzzi discovered a new method to determine the presence of mad cow disease or its human variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) as reported November 22, 2000 in Zurich. The new method could be the basis for a cure and a way to purify donor blood.
