A worker covers the body of a Sumatran rhinoceros, "Mas Merah", lying
next to the body of "Minah" (covered), after a post mortem at a
university in Serdang, outside Kuala Lumpur November 18, 2003. Since
October 29, all five animals at peninsular Malaysia's Sungai Dusun
Rhinoceros Centre have died of what is believed to be acute blood
poisoning following a bacterial infection. "Mas Merah" died on November
17 and "Minah" died a day earlier. The world population of Sumatran
rhinoceroses living in the wild is estimated to be below 300. TO
